With the episode 59 update, Toilet Tower Defense makers Telanthric Development removed the code function. As explained in a post on Discord, the code function was removed because of the introduction of trading.

How to redeem Toilet Tower Defense codes
Here's how you could redeem a code in Toilet Tower Defense, when the code function was available:
- Launch Toilet Tower Defense in Roblox.
- Once you drop in-game click the 'Shop' button on the left.
- This will open up the 'Shop' menu. Scroll down until you get to the 'Codes' section.
- Enter a code into the textbox and then press the 'Redeem' button.
If you entered in a valid code, when the code function was active, a notification would have appeared on screen letting you know what in-game goodies you claimed for free. If you received an error message instead then that meant the code was no longer working. Codes for Roblox games tend to be time sensitive, and codes for Toilet Tower Defense previously refreshed when a new update was released. When a new episode dropped, previously working codes expired and a new code was released.
